Competitions
There are two explorer competitions that the post takes a part in each year. The first is the annual Colorado River Explorer Competition. The competition is hosted by CHP Needles and takes place at Moabi Regional Park in Needles, Ca. The other competition we train for is the CODE-3 Explorer Competition. This competition is hosted by Altedena CHP and held at Hahamonga park in Pasedena,CA. Both competitions test our explorers knowledge of police procedures, physical endurance, and the willingness to excell. Our post trains extremely hard for each competition and the past few competitions our dedication, teamwork, spirit, and intelligence has put us as one of the top explorer posts in California.
